Can you mail Heliocare to international locations?

Yes. Heliocare is an over-the-counter product and does not require a prescription. Customs has the discretionary power to allow a 90-day supply, therefore it can be mailed to international locations.

How much does it cost to have my Heliocare mailed to me?

There is a $9.95 US shipping fee per patient. All Heliocare prices include a pharmacy dispensing fee.

How long will it take for me to receive my Heliocare by mail?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

What is your return policy?

The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)

What happens if I cancel my order?

If the consultation from HeliocarePills.com has been done there will be a $20 US cancellation fee.

Your Heliocare order is filled at one of our associated certified pharmacies by a professionally registered pharmacist in New Zealand and mailed to your home.

HeliocarePills.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, international money orders, and bank certified cheques.

Do you have any ordering requirements?

Heliocare is an OTC (over the counter) product. There is no prescription required for ordering.

Do I have to order by credit card?

No. Although paying by credit card is the most convenient payment method, some patients do pay by international money order or bank certified cheque. It should be noted that as a security measure, HeliocarePills.com does not keep your credit card information on file. This information is deleted from our system after every transaction.
